Senior Advisor, Jumpstart Program

Rachel is a core team member of Network for Good's Impact Team, a "special ops group" charged with coordinating existing local, state, and regional resources designed to help nonprofits build fundraising capacity and work with grantmakers who want to do the same.

Rachel works with funders, governments, and philanthropists focused on improving the term sustainability of the sector primarily in the South Atlantic region of the United States.

Rachel is the energetic founder and principal of Nonprofit Plus, LLC. Since the age of 12, she’s been actively fundraising to help people living in poverty. Before becoming a consultant, Rachel served Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami by managing donor development, fundraising events, social media, website administration, CCHD national grant reviews, and a Salesforce-based constituent relationship management system.

As the co-founder of a nonprofit, and the lead fundraiser in a one-person development shop for many years, she understands the challenges of fundraising in small organizations. I've achieved massive increases in revenue and donor retention rates for customers by implementing winning donor stewardship practices powered by right-sized technology.
