Anne is a core member of Network for Good's Impact Team, a "special ops group" charged with coordinating local, state, and regional resources designed to help nonprofits build fundraising capacity and work with grantmakers who want to do the same.

Anne works with funders, governments, and philanthropists focused on improving the term sustainability of the sector, primarily in the Eastern, South Central & Appalachia regions of the United States.

Anne is an entrepreneur and philanthropic advisor, currently the Principal and Owner of My Giving Advisor, LLC, a philanthropic advising firm located in Lexington, Kentucky.  With thirty years of gift planning and fundraising experience, Anne is a frequent speaker at estate planning councils, planned giving councils, fund raising and legal forums. She has published articles on real estate gifts and on charitable remainder trusts

Anne’s background in entrepreneurship and philanthropy is diverse. She is an attorney, former foundation CEO, and former senior manager at The Nature Conservancy for over 16 years.. In her five years as CEO at Blue Grass Community Foundation, Anne successfully restructured the foundation to achieve rapid and sustainable growth. She doubled foundation assets, tripled grant making and launched the foundation into community engagement by securing the largest grant ever made in the state of Kentucky by the Knight Foundation.
